Immorality is the 'willful violation' of a moral code, while amorality is more of a 'purposeful disinterest' in it.
For example: an 'immoral' person understands lying is a sin, yet fails anyway. He is not exempt from feelings of guilt and shame. Because of Adam's fall, everyone is born under that curse ... for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, (Romans 3:23)
'Amoral' people are numb to the 'right or wrong' of sin, simply seeing lying as a viable option. Their soul has become so hardened that they are willing to do whatever it takes to get what they want ... liars whose consciences are seared as with a branding iron [leaving them incapable of ethical behavior]. (1 Timothy 4:2 Amp)
We are witnessing a deep-seated 'amorality' in society today. Those who champion a liberal 'woke' agenda are past caring whether their behavior is immoral. The Lord has responded accordingly ... And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, He gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting. (Romans 1:28)
Their arrogance has supplanted any feelings of guilt, allowing them to commit deplorable acts ... way beyond the comprehension of most people.
God will not give a pass to 'amoral' people ... Because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourselves in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed. (Romans 2:5)
Whether you'll be judged 'moral', 'immoral', or 'amoral' is up to you. Receiving Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the only way you will be accepted into God's kingdom. His righteousness must be your mantle.
