GRACE TO SIN ?

Sin is an inherited curse upon humanity as a whole; thoughts, words, and deeds that are rooted in 'self' rather than God. Everyone is born into a life that naturally rebels against that which is considered holy.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;  Romans 3:23

The Law of God was introduced during the time of Moses so that sin would be exposed for what it is ... enslavement to a cruel taskmaster.

For as by one man's (Adam) disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one (Jesus) shall many be made righteous. Moreover, the law entered, that the offense might abound. Romans 5:19-20

The revelation of sin and its consequences to the heart and mind prepared the way for Christ's incarnation. We desperately needed to be redeemed by One who would obey the Law and die in our stead.

But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so, might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.  Romans 5:20-21

Paul is not saying that God's grace gives us the freedom to sin, as some in today's reprobate church believe ...

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so, we also should walk in newness of life.  Romans 6:1-4

Grace is not license to do as we please, but provides us the power to do as we should.

Proof of one's salvation is a changed life. Sanctification is grace's ongoing transformative work, ensuring that those who've been regenerated will persevere unto the end.

You will stumble along the way but God knows those who are His and repentance always brings forgiveness ...

My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.  1 John 2:1

No one can use 'grace' to justify sin. That is an untruth spawned by the enemy ... a nefarious doctrine contrary to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
