We have not yet reached that which decidedly marks the end of the church age - i.e., the rapture, the tribulation, and the unveiling of the Antichrist.
What we are witnessing in the world today is 'the preparation' for those events.
Paul warned of a 'falling away' ... In latter times, some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. (1 Timothy 4:1)
Today's church has embraced 'moral relativism', a liberal philosophy that redefines 'right and wrong' and justifies sin in the name of tolerance.
This apostasy has dire consequences ... Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter. (Isaiah 5:20)
The Word of God perfectly describes our modern age ... But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)
Jesus also spoke of these 'last days' ... For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. (Matthew 24:5-8).
The end of the age of Grace is at hand ... Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man. (Luke 21:36)
Make your election sure, pilgrim.
