MORAL RELATIVISM

Mankind has chosen to abandon his only true 'moral compass' ... the Bible. 

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2 Timothy 3:16

'Ethics' is now seen as a fluid concept ... constantly being shaped and reshaped to fit a reprobate 'end times' lifestyle. This is considered 'moral relativism'; the idea that an individual has the freedom to determine what's 'right or wrong' for himself. 

Impending judgment awaits those on this egocentric path ... There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. (Proverbs 16:25) 

Any moral code based on human wisdom is not only foolish and fickle, it is fleeting ... All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers, and the flowers fall, but the Word of the Lord endures forever. (1 Peter 1:24-25)

We do not decide what truth is ... God does. His law is perfect and because of your sinful nature, you've failed to meet its demands. That is why 'moral relativism' has become the new normal. But ... changing the rules will not grant you a pardon.  

Enter the Savior ... This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. (1 John 4:10)

Trying to find 'objectivity' in a sea of 'subjectivity' leads nowhere. When social consensus is the foundation upon which your morality is built it is nothing but shifting sand. 

Secure footing can only be found on the Rock of your Salvation ... Jesus Christ.
